About GOSTEAM Project

We aim to develop educational hands-on STEAM activities in the fields of Geographic Information Science and Technology, Cartography and Environmental Science for shaping the next generation of geospatially and environmentally aware citizens.

Our Partners

GOSTEAM is coordinated by Lund University in Sweden and involves five more institutions from Greece, Italy, Sweden and Austria:

Lund University is a public comprehensive university with 47 000 students, ranked as one of the top 100 in the world.

The National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) is the oldest and most prestigious university for engineering and applied sciences in Greece.

Ellinogermaniki Agogi (EA) is an educational organization of private law, officially recognized by the state.

Fondazione Idis – Città della Scienza is a non-profit organization aimed at spreading scientific and technological culture, founder of the first Italian science center.

BG/BRG Schwechat (BGS) is a public school in secondary education teaching pupils aged from 10 to 18 years.

Ystad Gymnasium is a upper secondary-school with educations in natural science, technology and much more.
